New Stable Isotope-Labeled Reference Standard: Minocycline-d6 Ditrifluoroacetate

We are pleased to announce the successful development of Minocycline-d6 Ditrifluoroacetate, a technically challenging stable isotope-labeled (SIL) reference standard.


Minocycline is a broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic widely used in pharmaceutical development and clinical research. This d6-labeled analog is intended to support analytical and bioanalytical studies related to minocycline, including LC-MS/MS method development, validation, and quantitative analysis.


This material has been produced with exceptional quality, offering 99.5% isotopic purity and >98.5% chemical purity in the current batch (COA). The high isotopic purity minimizes isotopic overlap and analytical interference, supporting accurate internal standard performance in LC-MS/MS–based PK and bioanalytical assays. This level of quality helps enable robust, reproducible data generation and supports defensible data packages under GLP conditions, reducing the risk of regulatory questions related to isotopic overlap or analytical interference.
